We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two reliable shipping methods to meet your needs:
1. Standard Shipping (Recommended for faster delivery):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Cost: $12.95 USD (applied to all orders under $50)
2. Free Shipping (For orders $50 and above):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Cost: Free for qualifying orders
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian regions and remote locations.
Returns & Exchanges
At Farm House Tack Sales, we stand behind our quality tack and apparel. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return, items must:
- Be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached)
- Include original packaging (especially important for delicate items like saddles and bridles)
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Baselayers (worn close to skin)
- Bell Boots (if used)
- Custom Bits (made to your specifications)
- Any items from the Danny & Ron’s Rescue Collection (as proceeds go to charity)
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Request a Return

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number
- Return shipping address (our stable in Smithville Flats)
- Special instructions if needed (especially for large items like saddles)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your item securely (we recommend using the original packaging for fragile items like Helmets or Close Contact Saddles) and include:
- Completed return form (we’ll email this to you)
- Copy of your invoice

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Appearance on Your Statement: May take additional 2-3 business days depending on your financial institution
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Exchanges
Prefer a different size of your Breeches or color of your Casual Wear? Follow the same return process and specify your exchange preferences in your email. We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Contour Saddle Pad arrives damaged or your All Purpose Saddle has manufacturing defects:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
- In some cases, we may ask you to return the item for quality inspection
International Returns
For customers outside the US:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- Refunds will be processed in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations
